Rebooted and noticed the Foreign Config warning was missing but two virtual drives continued to report degraded. Ran read-only CHKDSK on the D: drive and found many many errors.
The RAID controller (Dell PERC H310) showed 2 degraded virtual drives and a Foreign Config. I got a call out today to a new site that had a corrupt database file, on the D drive that was not allowing it to load.
